Since 2002, we have participated in the United Nations Global Compact initiative

The principles of Global Compact have, for example, been incorporated into our Code of Conduct, which is a set of internal, ethical rules that all employees must be familiar with and adhere to in their work. In our daily work we actively use our Code of Conduct, as illustrated below.

The Global Compact principles have also been integrated into our dealings with our suppliers. In this respect, we want to maintain the guidelines with regard to e.g. human rights, child labour, climate and health and safety at work. This is increasingly important, as we buy from markets where Danish standards do not go without saying.

Moreover, we expect our suppliers to undergo environmental and quality certification. We are making demands on our suppliers and expect that they comply with the laws and regulations of their home country in all respects.
