Trainees and apprentices

Employing students and apprentices is natural for Pressalit as we want to play an active role in the community, help young people to get an education and to establish themselves in the job market, and ensure a diverse workforce. It also further demonstrates our commitment to the UN's 4th world goal on Quality Education.

For many years now, we have enjoyed a positive experience of including young people in our company. This includes trainees, apprentices and EGU students.

Every year Pressalit seeks students and trainees who have the desire and will to learn and develop in an exciting and dynamic company. We look for independent young people, who with new knowledge, drive and a great sense of humour, can contribute towards excellent results and a great working environment.

All student and traineeships combine theory and practice, with practical experience being the main focus. We are eager to provide a good framework for our trainees and apprentices to learn and develop their skills, which they do through independent assignments and support from their colleagues.
