The flexible feed and waste systems are needed to ensure the flow of water to and from the height adjustable wash basin brackets.

Materials
The feed pipes are made from SPX plastic, braided with stainless steel. The connecting nuts are 1/2” in both ends and made from brass. The waste pipe is flexible, corrugated white PVC with a diameter of 32 mm, and comes with an adaptor to fit 40 mm. We do not recommend flushing the waste hose with formaldehyde. The elbow with removable connector is made from PP (polypropylene) with a seal of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Maximum temperatures of use are 80°C (continuous use) and 90°C (temporary use). PP is very resistant to water, damp and most organic solvents. The seal is made from EPDM – Temperature of use from -50°C - +120°C/150°C EPDM is particularly resistant to ozone and weather. Good resistance to heat and cold and to most chemicals – but poor resistance to petroleum products and solvents.
Ergonomy
To maximize product flexibility, it is important that the plumbing installation are correctly positioned and do not obstruct movement. The waste hose can be shortened on site to fit the installation.
Features
Pressalit supply a kit of flexible feed pipes for hot and cold water along with a flexible waste hose. The UK kit includes right-angled isolating valves that should be connected to the water supply and a Ø40 mm waste connection that will fit to UK plumbing with the aid of a compression fitting (not included).

Flexible feed and waste systems
When cleaning the wash basin, it is recommended that one flush the waste hose through with 50-60 degrees hot water in order to prevent build-up of soap residues inside the hose. Ensure that the hose is stretched out during this flushing.

MATRIX SMALL wash basin, 600 x 490 x 130 mm, with two integrated handrails in the front, tap hole Ø36 mm, with overflow.
Supplied with drain fitting. The wash basin has raised edges, preventing water from running over the back or down the outer sides.

For cleaning the wash basin, use hot water and a mild soapy cleaning agent. Make sure that the product is wiped down with a soft rag wrung out in clear water immediately after cleaning.
For disinfecting the wash basin, the following agents can be used:
Sodium hydroxide 5%
Acetic acid solution 10%
Ethanol solution 70%
Sodium hypochlorite 5%, active chlorine
Sodium chloride 170g/l, diluted to 50%.
Make sure that the product is wiped down with a soft rag wrung out in clear water immediately after disinfection.
NB! Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, as this will cause damage to the surface of the wash basin.

The lifter‘s stringent and pure design as well as smooth surfaces are easy to clean and attractive to look at. They also help ensure good hygiene in the bathroom. The exclusive aluminium side profi les are light, durable and elegant to look at.

The wash basin is raised or lowered using the wired hand control or the lever control at the end of the wash basin. The lever control can be positioned on either side of the wash basin and also serves as a towel holder. The lever control is strong enough to be used as an extra support.

DECALCIFICATION OF ALUMINUM PARTS:
Pressalit recommends that chalky deposits be removed from wall tracks and other aluminum parts using a solution of three parts 30% acetic acid to seven parts tap water. When the aluminum parts have been washed down with this solution, the parts must be wiped over with a damp cloth wrung out in clear water.
